Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Stockbridge, GA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,956 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 14 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: State nursing license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Previous ICU experience handling complex patient populations - Ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:2-3 - Familiarity with electronic health record systems Description: The role involves caring for adult and geriatric patients in a critical care setting. Candidates must have experience with conditions such as ARDS, sepsis, stroke, and post-operative complications. Nurses must be prepared for the possibility of taking on a third patient. Floating within the facility may be required based on patient needs. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend. Candidates are expected to work major holidays as specified. Full compliance with onboarding requirements is essential for timely start. Clinical fit will be assessed prior to final approval. Two supervisory references are preferred for candidates. Travel experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Access to interdisciplinary support services is available on the unit. Nurses must demonstrate skills in advanced cardiac monitoring and the management of ventilated patients. The workload includes potential exposure to diverse patient diagnoses, requiring adaptability and critical thinking.
