Job Description Pyramid Consulting is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Pediatrics OR - Operating Room for a nursing job in Roswell, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Pediatrics OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: Ongoing - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Staff Now Hiring: PACU - RN PERIOP III Location: Roswell, Georgia, 30076 Shift: Day Shifts Available Position: Full-Time Pay Rate: $33 – $59/hour (based on experience) Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join the Perioperative (Operating Room) team in Roswell, GA. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures while ensuring a safe and efficient operating environment. Key Responsibilities - Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and immediate post-operative nursing care. - Prepare operating rooms with necessary instruments, supplies, and equipment. - Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers during procedures. - Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection control standards. - Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond to changes in condition. - Administer medications and IV therapy as ordered. - Perform surgical counts and ensure patient safety protocols are followed. - Document all patient care and surgical activities accurately. - Educate patients and families about surgical procedures and recovery. - Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure smooth workflow. Minimum Requirements - Active Georgia RN license or Compact license. - ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program. - BLS certification required. - ACLS preferred. - Previous OR or perioperative nursing experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications - CNOR certification preferred. - Experience in circulating and/or scrub roles. - Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
