Job Description Job Description Salary: Trinity Social Services is a CARF-accredited, C&A and Adult Community Medicaid and Intensive Family Provider, and we are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable IFI Team Therapist to join our growing, new IFI team! The therapist will work as part of the new IFI team to provide individual/family counseling, as well as crisis intervention, intended to improve family functioning by clinically stabilizing the living arrangement, promoting reunification, or preventing the need for out-of-home therapeutic venues. Candidates must be skilled in a variety of counseling techniques (CBT, REBT, Family Systems, Behavior Modification, etc.) and provide services (crisis intervention, family counseling, and individual counseling) in accordance with Medicaid/DBHDD guidelines. A person must be at least credentialed on the Master's level and currently seeking licensure or license eligibility. Must be able to provide at least Supervisor/Trainee, Counseling, or Therapeutic services to eligible clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in the following areas and be able to demonstrate and document the following: Individual Counseling Family Counseling Crisis Intervention Discharge Planning Maintain Detailed and Thorough Client Records (BIRP Notes) Maintain Knowledge of GA Medicaid Policies and Standards Candidates should also possess: Valid Driver's License Valid Credentials/Certifications in GA Available for Non-Traditional Work Hours & Crises Ability to Maintain Confidential Information (HIPAA) Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Basic Experience with CareLogic EHR System; however, we offer training Job Types: Full-time, Contract (80% in person)
