Registered Nurse (RN) | Long-Term Acute Care Location: Chattanooga, TN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,075 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: LTAC Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year required License: Must hold a valid state RN license Certifications: BLS and ACLS certifications required Must-Have: - Vent/trach experience - Knowledge of central lines - Preferred wound care experience Description: The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for providing care to patients. The nurse utilizes the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy and procedures. Critical thinking skills and scientific judgment are essential in anticipating and planning for the safe delivery of care. Maintaining clinical competencies through continuing education is required. The nurse delegates patient care priorities based on the education and experience of the staff available. Providing direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care is expected. Two to five years of experience is preferred.
