Consults with and educates other care team members concerning applicable patient assessment and treatment protocols. What you'll be doing: As the Physical Therapist Assistant, you will provide direct care to Home Health patients following the Physical Therapist Care Plan and Physician orders. Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program current physical therapy assistant licensure by the Georgia State Board valid CPR certification current valid Driver’s license. 1-2 years experience with geriatric patients Home Health experience preferred.
