We are looking for caring, dedicated and friendly nurses interested in immediate work! General Job Tasks: Family Private Care, LLC seeks RNs/LPNs with compassionate hearts and a deep love of seniors. Candidates will be responsible for the following: Providing efficient and effective skilled health services to clients in accordance with physician's orders and client/family input Observing, evaluating and documenting the client's physical and emotional condition and response to treatments or medications Collaborating with other members of the client care team Performing ongoing assessments of the client's needs and their environment Identifying changes in client's condition that warrant further attention Adhering to all professional standards of the nursing profession and the state of Georgia Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Nurse License in good standing (Georgia or multi-state) 2 years clinical experience Clean criminal background check CPR/First Aid certification Current TB Test or Chest X-Ray Excellent bed-side manner Home care experience preferred
