Key Responsibilities: Work 1:1 with clients in their home or community, using evidence-based behavior strategies. Implement treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA. Track progress through detailed data collection and session notes. Collaborate with team members and families for the best possible outcomes. Maintain open, respectful communication with all team members. Requirements: Educational Requirements Must have high school diploma/GED Qualifications: Experience working with children and adolescents in 1:1 or classroom/group settings. Must be able to perform specific computer and electronic device functions for data collection. Must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel between different job sites. Must have a valid State Driver’s License & insurance in good standing.
