Job Description Job Description Milestone Achievements ABA is
looking to hire a BCBA (Board Certified Behavioral Analysts) for
in-home ABA therapy services in the greater Atlanta, GA area. This
position is mainly a remote position with the occasional in-person
assessment/re-assessment. At Milestone Achievements, we pride
ourselves in our passion for ABA Therapy and our strong belief in
the impact and effectiveness that it has to enhance the lives of
families of children and adolescents on the Autism spectrum,
providing the children with necessary lifelong tools and skills.
Responsibilities Include: Develop individualized assessments and
treatments plans Plan, Manage and Support Technician staffs
implementation of behavioral intervention plans Provide ABA
training for parent and other caregivers Monitor and evaluate
progress and treatment effectiveness regularly Manage data
regarding the client's progress using our software program Perform
other related duties as required. Qualifications: Current BCBA
certification in good standing Holds a master's degree in behavior
analysis from a college or university accredited by the Association
for Behavioral Analysis. Display excellent clinical competence and
judgment; ability of working in a multi-disciplinary team
environment. Proven experience in the ABA Field. Strong
understanding of ABA principles and practices with a focus on child
development. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective
communication with families and staff. Ability to manage multiple
priorities while maintaining high standards of care. Need to be
Licensed or in the process to becoming Licensed in the State of
