Medical Laboratory Technician Location: Atlanta, GA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,587 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Medical Technologist Profession: Laboratory Specialty: Blood Bank Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: GA or Compact license required Certifications: ASCP, ASCP MT, ASCP-BB, AMT, ABB acceptable Must-Have: - Blood bank experience - Clinical experience in a hospital laboratory Description: Unit does not accept first-time travelers. Candidate will be reviewed by clinical staff to determine clinical fit. If the candidate passes the clinical review and meets the guidelines, they will be sent for a final decision. Holidays are expected to be worked as required. If two major holidays occur during the assignment, both must be worked. If three major holidays occur, two must be worked. Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day. Full compliance is required to start on time. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate. Two supervisory references are highly preferred at the time of submission. Please note that the candidate must be available to complete core items and schedule labs promptly following contract signing to ensure an on-time start.
