Job Description:
ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med
Surg for a travel nursing job in Cartersville, Georgia. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN -
Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 8 weeks - 36 hours per week -
Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN -
CCU Job Details: • Hospital float pool position with expectation to
float throughout the hospital including the Emergency Department •
2 years of nursing experience required • Patient ratio of 2:1 for
days, nights, and weekends • Every other weekend coverage required
• No call responsibilities • Float within facility/scope of
practice as needed • Unit accepts first time travelers • Required
certifications: ACLS, BLS • Epic charting system experience
required • Skills required: Management of dysrhythmias, arterial
line management, central line care/management, starting and
maintaining IVs, titrate cardiac drips, titrate vasoactive drips,
assist with management of BiPAP, BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance,
care of ventilated patient, suctioning (ETT, NT), isolation
precautions/PPE • Holiday coverage required: work one major holiday
if one falls during assignment, work both if two fall during
assignment, work two out of three if three fall during assignment •
Must be available to submit core items and complete/schedule labs
within 48 hours of signing contract • Full compliance required to
start on time • Georgia or Compact license must be in hand at time
of submittal • Two supervisory references highly preferred at time
