live and work. Key Responsibilities : Perform comprehensive nursing
processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning,
implementation, and evaluation, ensuring individualized patient
care. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to
population-specific needs and cultural diversity. Collaborate
effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and document
safe, high-quality care. Participate in quality improvement
initiatives, nursing research, and shared governance activities to
enhance patient outcomes. Serve as a mentor or preceptor to support
professional development of nursing staff and students. Comply with
all professional, legal, and organizational standards including
patient safety goals and ethical nursing practice. Qualifications
and Experience : Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma required;
Bachelors Degree preferred. Current RN license (Single State or
Multi-State Compact) with valid BLS certification. Recent
completion of an accredited nursing program with clinical hours;
prior direct patient care experience preferred. Strong
communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting and respond to
emergencies in a calm, professional manner. Basic computer
proficiency to support clinical documentation and communication.
Schedule : Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM with on-call
responsibilities. This contract position offers the chance to
