A professional RN with expertise in Operating Room nursing is sought to contribute as a vital member of a multidisciplinary team delivering individualized, high-quality patient care. This role emphasizes evidence-based practice within a collaborative, supportive clinical environment guided by recognized nursing models and standards. Key Responsibilities: Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care tailored to individual needs. Provide culturally sensitive, relationship-based care while actively involving patients and their families in care decisions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, quality care and timely documentation. Participate in performance improvement projects, research initiatives, and shared governance activities. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional development among nursing staff. Adhere to organizational policies, legal requirements, and accreditation standards including patient safety goals. Assist in protocol development to enhance patient outcomes and resource utilization. Qualifications and Experience: Associates or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelors degree preferred. Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact) required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandatory. Less than 1 year of clinical experience acceptable, with direct patient care experience preferred. Strong English communication skills and proficiency with clinical technologies. Excellent critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and respond calmly to emergencies. Schedule: Day shift with rotation on 3-12 day shifts. 30-minute callback requirement with on-call rotation.
