This Contract position requires clinical expertise in monitoring
and managing patients transitioning from intensive care to regular
care, ensuring their health stabilizes while promoting recovery.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and assess patient conditions in the
Stepdown unit Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement
care plans Educate patients and families on health management and
recovery processes Document all nursing care and patient responses
accurately Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Proven experience in Stepdown or progressive care nursing Strong
assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to work efficiently
in team environments Excellent communication and patient education
