Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Requirements: • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HWL Program - Northside Hospital and no current placement allowed at Program: HWL Program - Northside Hospital. Additional Details: Special Requests: Must have been continuously working in this specialty for the past 24 months, with no breaks in employment over 30 consecutive days. You should be expected to work 1 Minor Holiday out of these 3: Day after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve New Years Eve Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday With call requirement Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027.
