Rate: $ - $ A growing neonatal physician group in Chattanooga,
Tennessee is seeking a NICU Nurse Practitioner or Physician
Assistant to join its established Level III neonatal team. Located
in a scenic riverfront community, this role offers exceptional
work-life balance, flexible scheduling, and a close-knit, highly
supportive neonatal team. Why this stands out $62/hour × 24-hour
shifts Only 5 shifts per month = full benefits Self-scheduling with
flexible swaps Level III NICU – 22-bed unit 1 APP on service at a
time Work alongside Neonatologists experienced APP team What you’ll
do Provide neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting Collaborate
with Neonatologists and APP team on patient management Participate
in flexible 24-hour in-house coverage schedule Support high-quality
neonatal care in a collaborative environment What we’re looking for
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant NICU experience preferred
Open to strong new grads with NICU background RN NICU background
considered DEA required Team-oriented mindset and strong
