• Prevention-Focused Care: Manage an adult and geriatric population (18+) with a focus on longitudinal wellness. Maintain an efficient workflow with 20-minute appointments and tenured support staff.

• MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal or Family Medicine.

• State licensure and board certification are required.
