We need someone who can handle preparing food stations, cooking a high-volume of food, and ensuring that all food safety and storage regulations are followed. Our ideal candidate has food industry experience, preferably in fast food, quick service, or fast casual restaurants, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities:

Sweep, mop, clean countertops, and wipe down all used surface areas at the end of each shift
Recognize and adhere to quality requirements for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products, as well as correct storage and waste management
Cook food according to instructions provided on food order slips or through verbal directions
Stock ingredients needed for food items by washing, cutting, dicing, or slicing them as needed
Clean and sanitize all workstations, including counters, utensils, cooking equipment, and the refrigerator, in accordance with health and safety regulations


Qualifications:

Must have excellent time-management skills and be able to prioritize and multitask
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
Candidates need a strong understanding of compliance with kitchen safety and food storage requirements
Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail
Previous experience working in fast food or quick service restaurant is preferred
