Job Description Job Description Sandwich Artist – Subway Team Member As part of the Subway Team, you will focus on four main things: Providing an excellent Guest experience Preparing and serving great food Keeping the restaurant clean and beautiful Being a true Team Player What You’ll Do Greet Guests, take orders, and prepare fresh sandwiches, salads, and wraps according to Subway formulas. Recommend menu items, meal deals, and sides to enhance each Guest’s experience. Maintain food safety standards and follow all company policies for cleanliness and hygiene. Work together with teammates to restock, prep, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) register and handle Guest transactions accurately. Prerequisites Education: Some high school or equivalent Experience: No previous restaurant experience required — we’ll teach you everything you need to know! Essential Functions Understand and implement written and verbal instructions. Work any area of the restaurant as needed. Operate a computerized Point-of-Sale system. Stand, bend, and walk throughout the shift. Lift up to 20 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally .
