Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our
guests, ensuring their stay starts off on the right note. Your key
responsibilities will include: - Greeting guests with a warm and
friendly attitude. - Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Handling reservations and inquiries, both in person and over the
phone. - Addressing guest needs and resolving any issues to ensure
satisfaction. - Maintaining accurate records and handling payments.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth daily
operations. What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll
need: - At least 1 year of experience in a front desk, customer
service, or similar role. - Strong communication and interpersonal
skills. - A professional and approachable demeanor. - Basic
computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems (a plus!).
