Training (MITs). This is an excellent opportunity for those who
aspire to lead a successful restaurant team and develop their
management skills. As an MIT, you'll learn all aspects of
restaurant operations and management, preparing you for a rewarding
career as a General Manager. Manager In Training Overview As a
Manager in Training, you'll work closely with experienced managers
and team members to gain hands-on experience in all areas of
restaurant operations. You'll learn how to lead a team, manage
finances, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain operational
excellence. This role is designed to provide you with the knowledge
and skills necessary to advance to a General Manager position.
Responsibilities & Skills Professionally represent Marco's Pizza to
all customers. Quickly and effectively handle customer concerns,
ensuring guest satisfaction. Open and close the store following
Marco's Pizza standards, including inventory and cash management.
Embrace opportunities for growth, with a willingness to be coached
for higher management roles. Perform all shift management duties
and support store operations. Uphold Marco's daily cleaning and
maintenance standards. Ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming
environment for employees and guests. Requirements Be at least 18
years of age High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s
license Must be able to stand for long periods of time (10 hours)
on any given day Need to be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Schedule Requirements Availability to work both day and evening
shifts. Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends. Closed on
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter for family time. Why Join
