Job Description:
Overview: This role is responsible for overseeing the daily
operation and providing support in the aquatics department. You

Skills Flexible scheduling Responsibilities: Responsibilities
Include: - Ensuring the safe operation of the park. - Assist with
the aquatics work crew projects. - Assisting with overseeing the
aquatics staff through daily training, coaching, discipline, and
rewards as necessary. - Assisting with department and division
training. - Works an assigned life guarding / ride attendant
position when necessary - Receive and maintain a High Pass /
Exceeds in all Ellis and Department Audits - Working with
Operations Staff to ensure department and park goals are achieved.
- Ensuring Guest First Standards are followed and enforced. -
Maintaining high throughput goals. - Handling guest comments and
complaints. - Ensuring all training requirements and testing
procedures are adhered to as set forth by Six Flags. - Other tasks
assigned by Aquatics or Park Management team. Payrate: $15.50 -
$17.50/hr. Qualifications: - At least 1 - 2 years of aquatics
experience (lifeguard, ride attendant) - Excellent written and
verbal communication skills are a must. - Must possess an
enthusiastic and positive Guest First Orientation and enjoy working
with people. - Ability to motivate with excellent leadership
skills. - Must be self-motivated. - Must achieve, receive and
maintain Ellis and Associates Special Facilities Certification. -
Outstanding performance as a team member. - Must be able to respond
immediately, adapt to, and oversee all emergency situations. -
Strong attention to detail. - Must be able to work a flexible
schedule. Physical Requirements: - Must be able to walk and stand
for up to 8 or more hours at a time. Applicants must be capable of
lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds.
