Kelly Services is seeking Payroll Specialists for an American provider of human resources management software and services in Alpharetta, GA.----Job Title: Payroll SpecialistLocation: Alpharetta, GA (Remote to Start)Job Type: Temp-To-HireEst. Start Date: 4/12/2021Hours: 40 hours/week, 8 hours/dayTime off: Candidate must be agreeable to work during "Blackout" period; mid Dec thru 1st week of February; no vacation will be allowedPay Rate: $20.88 per hour--Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be responsible for responding to payroll inquiries from external Company clients (small businesses)
• Candidate will have an assigned book of clients; will not be assigned clients right away; will shadow experienced PS
• Day to day responsibilities will be responding to clients via phone and email; majority of time will be spent on the phone
• Ability manage 8 to 10 software systems (Outlook, Word, Company proprietary system, etc. )
• Mandatory five-week training course; candidate must be able to attend 100% of training classes (will be trained on payroll knowledge and systems)
• Soft skills more important than experience--Job Experience:
  • Candidate should have previous customer service experience in the banking, insurance or finance industry (2 to 3 years)--Education:
    • Degree preferred but not required--Soft Skills:
      • Excellent time management
      • Ability to multitask
      • Strong technical aptitude- will be managing 8 to 10 systems
