We are seeking a HR Generalist. This position performs a comprehensive range of value-added responsibilities, including but not limited to the following people services programs: recruiting, DEI initiatives, employee engagement. Responsible for assigned team member services provided during the employee life cycle. Assist in the development of budget, policies and procedures, training, and presentations to improve existing programs. Performs all duties in compliance with internal company polices, federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. The successful team member in this role must be people-centric and service oriented with strong organizational skills and exceptional interpersonal communication. Responsibilities:Leads company-wide full-cycle strategic talent acquisition support to fulfill requisitions, including facilitating intake sessions, posting jobs, screening resumes, completing phone screens, scheduling and preparing necessary information for virtual and in-person interviews, and corresponding with candidates on application status.Writes compelling job advertisements, providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits. Coaches hiring managers on interviewing best practices and procedures.Manages recruiting workflow in ATS, including online assessments, employment offers, I-9 compliance and correspondence with candidates.Effectively uses social media tools and branding strategies to source active and passive talent with diverse backgrounds and experience and establish an "employer of choice" reputation.Coordinates applicant offers and regrets with the hiring manager. Prepares and delivers offer packages to candidates, internal promotions, and transfers. Completes on-boarding process for new employees.Oversees the company's temporary, contractor, and internship programs.Manages student work program and internship opportunities. Facilitates all applicable orientations and onboarding.Assists in the development and management of the company's engagement programs, including leading the organization in coordinating employee activities and events and providing support needed during the activities or events.Support the development, implementation and execution of company's engagement programs to include, team member engagement activities or events and communications.Assists in the development and management of the organization's rewards and recognition programs.Support and promote DE&I plans and initiatives and implementing and facilitating policies, programs and events designed to attract, retain and promote diversity, equity and inclusion.Collect and analyze data to measure DEI progress; prepare and present DEI related reports and other necessary communications.Promotes and establishes strong, positive and productive working relationships within the organization through commitment to the company's purpose, mission and core values. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration or related field.3+ years of professional HR experience or similar combination or education and experience.Prior experience with HRIS technology preferred.Strong computer proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email.
