Responsibilities

Coordinate the activities necessary to ensure the timely, efficient and accurate compliation and processing of team
member schedules for all nursing units. Prepares all the reports necessary for processing the information required to
analyze productively, overtime, sick leave, unscheduled call-ins, FMLA and incentive pay hours and dollars. Through
expert use of the nursing automated scheduling system runs and distributes weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual
reports to Patient Care services leaders reflecting the human resource utilization for those time periods. Prepares
miscellaneous reports as may be required for Patient Care Services and other health system leaders. Demonstrates
expert knowledge of the nursing automated scheduling system and serves as a user resource to leaders and team
members.

regulatory requirements.
