Job Description:

A Software Testing / Software QA Engineer is responsible for creating and executing new automated software test scripts (Selenium or other tools) to ensure applications meet specifications, perform as intended, adhere to end user requirements, and are error-free. You'll work with client success specialists and programmers to ensure that our web-based applications exceed user expectations. MediaLab's clients include some of the leading names in healthcare, and our small, passionate team is dedicated to ensuring reliability, compliance, and performance.Duties include:Convert current manual testing procedures into automated scriptsDevelop effective testing strategies and plansExecute test cases (manual, automated) and analyze resultsReport bugs and errorsConduct post-release/post-implementation testingRequired qualifications:Software Testing / QA experience for web-based applications: 2+ yearsExperience writing tests, test plans, and traceability matricesTest automation: 1 yearSQL: 1 yearExperience with Selenium or similar tools: 1 yearFamiliarity with software testing and validation requirements, including:SOC IIISO 27001ISO 27017FedRampHIPAAPCI
