Description Client is seeking to hire a Lead Project Support
Specialist to join our Wireless Implementation Team to manage
managing ongoing Wireless invoicing, billing and accounts payable
process development. The role includes managing vendor relations,
reviewing contracts as related to billing, processing invoices and
change orders, monitoring completion dates of projects, tracking
budgets, and documenting expenditures related to the work in the
wireless telecommunications field. Primary objective is to maintain
reliable and accurate financial reporting of financials for overall
project management and budget adherence. To be successful as a Lead
Project Support Specialist, the individual should be proficient in
fundamental accounting principles, time management, and task
prioritization. The ideal candidate will possess intermediate to
advanced skills in Excell and Microsoft Office applications, keen
deductive reasoning, acute attention to detail, and excellent
communications skill. This position reports to Senior Manager and
is in Atlanta, GA. This Hybrid role requires individual to work in
office 2 days per week and as required by manager. Major Tasks
Process invoice payments in Magnit upon milestone completion.
Onboard and train new service providers/suppliers. Review and
monitor status of supplier contractual agreements. Provide
reporting for completed project milestones and billing
deliverables. Provide ongoing process improvement, maintain process
documentation, and communicate process changes to internal and
external customers. Develop and maintain positive, collaborative
relationship with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Create and
manage Work Order requests and Engagements (purchase orders).
Manage activation and closing of financial codes of projects and
programs for appropriate setup, allocation, and extensions. Develop
and maintain financial reports for internal teams. Problem Solving:
Respond to requests from internal team and vendors applying logical
thought, industry standards, and ingenuity to determine best course
of action. Assure timely and accurate updating in all systems:
Magnit, WATTs, Sitetracker. Work with Customer to understand their
billing process and access their billing databases accordingly.
Qualifications Required Proficient in problem solving, analytical
thinking, and deductive reasoning progressing from general ideas to
specific conclusions. 2 years of experience in related field (i.e.
Accounts Payable/Receivable, Change management, Process
Improvement, Project Management, Engineering, Technical Operations)
or equivalent relevant experience. Working knowledge of basic
accounting principles, budgeting, and process improvement
methodology. Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge in Excel.
Proficient in use of Oracle Financials. Preferred Experience
utilizing Magnit, Oracle, Salesforce/Site tracker, and/or other
project databases Intermediate to Advanced skills in Word, advanced
Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required, with the ability to become
proficient in other software tools as needed. Ability to organize
and prioritize work assignments with strong follow through for
completion of work. Exceptional interpersonal/people skills
including verbal and written communication skills, integrity, sound
judgment and decision-making ability to all organizational levels.
Ability to modify communications appropriately to various
technical, managerial, and leadership audiences. Work cooperatively
and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service. Team
player with a high-energy level and diligent work ethic.
Demonstrated carrier relationships (Telecommunication,
Telecommunication, Sprint, Telecommunication, Other) or minimally
basic knowledge of telecommunications industry and wireless
services. Must maintain strict confidentiality of extremely
sensitive data, records, files, conversations, etc. Flexible and
creative problem solver with the ability to think analytically and
follow through with complex problems. Ability to thrive in a
