Job Description:
Cox Automotive, a leader in automotive service solutions, is
seeking a seasoned Release Train Engineer II to enhance our IT
Program Management team. The successful candidate will coordinate
various agile teams, ensuring seamless delivery of complex IT
solutions designed to advance our automotive business operations.
You will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of scalable
agile frameworks, fostering a culture of continuous improvement,
and facilitating program-level processes and execution. Facilitate
the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple agile release
trains. Work with product managers to align business goals with
development efforts. Help manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure
resource availability and allocation. Coach leaders, teams, and
scrum masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets. Drive
continuous delivery practices through collaboration and proactive
communication. Coordinate major releases and manage dependencies
across teams. Promote an environment of collaboration and
continuous improvement. Strong understanding of Lean-Agile
frameworks, particularly SAFe. Proficiency in Agile Project
Management tools such as JIRA or Confluence. Excellent
communication, mentoring, and leadership skills. Ability to manage
multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and

Certification. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile
