Job Description:

Cox Automotive, a leader in automotive services and solutions, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to enhance our CRM capabilities and ensure our technology stack supports our extensive range of services across the automotive industry. The role involves managing the Salesforce environment, optimizing system performance, and implementing full lifecycle Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into scalable solutions, empowering our dealerships and partners through data-driven insights. Administer and configure Salesforce solutions within the organization. Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products. Upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration. Maintain the security settings and conduct regular security audits. Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups. Import sales department leads, contacts, and other data as required. Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts, and templates. Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity. Execute regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades. Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms. Proficiency in Salesforce administrative tasks like creating user profiles, roles, and reports. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
