Job Description:
Cox Automotive, a leader in automotive services, is seeking a Sr
Product Owner to drive the development and innovation of our
cutting-edge technology products. This role requires a strategic
thinker who can liaise between cross-functional teams to deliver
solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of
automotive operations. The ideal candidate will lead the planning,
execution, and delivery of software and product initiatives,
ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs. By joining

in collaboration with senior stakeholders. Gather and prioritize
product and customer requirements, ensuring the product aligns with

stakeholders to ensure clear communication and goal alignment.
Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including problem
solving and project management. Analyze market trends and
competitor strategies to identify opportunities for innovation.
Lead scrum teams using Agile methodology to drive product
development and timely delivery. Measure product performance and
use insights to drive continuous improvement. Strong understanding
of Agile methodologies and project management tools. Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to
translate business needs into product solutions. Competency in
analytics and strategic thinking. Experience in managing product
lifecycles in a tech-driven environment. Medical Insurance Dental
