Cox Automotive is seeking a Lead Cybersecurity Integrated
Architect to join our dynamic IT and Cybersecurity team. This role
is crucial in safeguarding our comprehensive suite of automotive
solutions and services. The appointed individual will lead efforts
to design and reinforce our cybersecurity framework, ensuring
robust, scalable security across our digital and physical
operations. By integrating advanced security technologies and
protocols, the Lead Architect will play a pivotal role in
protecting our systems and data against ever-evolving cyber
threats, supporting our mission to empower the automotive industry
through innovation and reliability. Develop and maintain a
comprehensive cybersecurity architecture for all IT projects within
the company. Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate
cybersecurity solutions that support strategic business needs while
ensuring data protection and compliance with relevant laws and
policies. Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including the evaluation,
selection, and implementation of security technologies. Manage a
team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance and support
in their day-to-day operational duties and career development.
Conduct threat analyses and risk assessments, reporting on
potential impacts to stakeholders and executive management. Stay
abreast of the latest developments in cybersecurity technology and
threats, recommending adjustments to strategies and practices
accordingly. Proficiency in information security architectures and
models. Expertise in networking, system security, encryption
technologies, and data protection protocols. Strong leadership and
project management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving
abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
