Job Description:
Cox Automotive is seeking a Sr Product Owner to lead the
strategy, development, and execution of innovative technology
solutions within the automotive sector. This role is pivotal in
translating complex business needs into clear product roadmaps and
features, directly influencing our overall product strategy and
enhancing value for our automotive industry clients. The Sr Product
Owner will be instrumental in collaborating with cross-functional
teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and client support
to deliver outstanding products and services that align with Cox
Automotive's mission to revolutionize automotive operations. Define
and prioritize product requirements and road maps based on industry
trends, business strategy, and customer feedback. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to ensure that the product vision aligns
with business goals and customer needs. Manage the product backlog,
planning and reviewing product iterations and releases. Analyze
market trends to identify new opportunities and enhancements for
existing products. Work closely with development teams to ensure
products are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining
high quality standards. Engage with stakeholders to gather product
feedback, incorporate into future development cycles, and ensure
alignment between technical outputs and business objectives. Lead
user acceptance testing phases to ensure product features fulfill
user needs and requirements. Strong understanding of product
management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) Expertise in Agile
methodologies and frameworks Excellent communication and leadership
skills Deep understanding of the automotive industry and market
dynamics Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Medical
