practical problems and be dependable. A Day in the Life of
Technical Service: · Daily administration of the Salesforce tickets
and phone queue. · Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with
business partners. · Collaborate with the team to test solutions
and · Learning & Development: Complete courses on current products
and solutions to stay up to date with company needs. · Office
Participation: full-time on-site presence with opportunity for
