solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build
products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down
the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google,
you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to
finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage
project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with
cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will
often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to
coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and
deadlines. The Supply Chain Planning (SCP) organization within
Cloud Supply Chain is responsible for enabling and accelerating
Google's data center infrastructure growth and delivery through
AI-powered supply chain planning for all Google product areas,
driving planning decisions for new technology and supply capability
across data centers, networking, and machines. Within SCP, the
Network Planning team focuses on driving the forecasting, demand
and supply planning, execution capability, and feasibility
management of data center networking infrastructure products.
Behind everything our users see online is the architecture built by
the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running. From
developing and maintaining our data centers to building the next
generation of Google platforms, we make Google's product portfolio
possible. We're proud to be our engineers' engineers and love
voiding warranties by taking things apart so we can rebuild them.
We keep our networks up and running, ensuring our users have the
best and fastest experience possible. The US base salary range for
this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 bonus equity benefits.

Responsibilities Develop and refine demand forecasts for NPI
programs from pre-GA ramp through to the sustaining phase.
Establish and utilize best methods (statistical models, processes,
and software tools) in creating supply forecasts and respective
inventory targets. Present supply and demand recommendations to
leadership, drive timely decisions, and ensure clear and concise
communication to all stakeholders in the supply chain. Coordinate
with executive-level and non-rack NPI part planners to conduct
thorough feasibility analysis of demand ramps against supply chain
capabilities, highlighting risks and constraints early. Drive
necessary mitigation actions and prioritization (including
escalations) and allocation decisions with procurement and other
teams to minimize impact to Google's capacity delivery.
