Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including
offices, restrooms, and break rooms. Utilize industry-standard
cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure high-quality results.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Inspect and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to
management. Work collaboratively with team members to meet client
expectations and deadlines. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
and request restocking when necessary. Provide exceptional customer
service and address client inquiries professionally. Adapt to
varying cleaning tasks and schedules based on client needs.
Requirements: Previous experience in janitorial & commercial
cleaning or a related field preferred. Knowledge of cleaning
techniques, equipment, and safety procedures. Ability to work
independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and
a commitment to quality work. Good communication skills and a
customer-focused attitude. Reliable transportation and a valid
driver's license. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform
physical tasks. Flexible availability, including evenings and
