Cumming, Georgia law firm has an immediate need for a legal assistant who has at least two years of law firm experience. This is a direct hire, permanent position in a successful law firm that offers competitive salary, 100% employer paid health insurance, free parking and generous PTO.Legal Assistant will provide administrative and paralegal support to attorneys whose work includes corporate transactions and litigation. Responsibilities will include:

• Drafting legal correspondence, documents and memos
• Maintaining paper and electronic filing
• Managing attorney calendars
• Communicating with clients, court officials and outside attorneys
