This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with the court judge, providing essential administrative and legal support. The role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the efficient operation of the court. Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional customer service to individuals interacting with the court. • Submit and process tickets efficiently while adhering to established procedures. • Maintain and update court-related databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility. • Organize and manage legal files and documents to support court operations. • Collect and process fees related to court fines in a timely manner. • Assist with court filings and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. • Collaborate with court staff to facilitate smooth daily operations. • Must have GCIC Certification. • Familiarity with court filings and legal documentation processes. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication abilities to provide outstanding customer service. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. • Proficiency in managing files and records within a legal context. • Knowledge of court procedures and regulations is preferred.
