Client Team Senior Manager (The Boston Consulting Group, Inc. -
Atlanta, GA): Partner with consulting teams and senior stakeholders
to help shape, drive, and support BCGs global Client Service agenda
through strategic agenda setting, thought partnership, and change
management and by contributing and participating in other global
Client Team initiatives. Specific duties include: drive Proposal
Excellence (PEx) program by developing best practice selling
approaches and innovations, and working with practice areas,
systems, and regional leadership to embed them in the firm; support
Relationships and commercial learning and development (L&D) for
consulting staff and managing directors; design local, regional,
and global training curricula for proposal excellence content;
support proposal excellence awareness efforts; develop tools and
support to help regions, systems, and practice areas execute the
Client Service agenda; help orchestrate and drive senior
stakeholder engagement with global and regional leadership within
and outside the Client Team; help shape global Client Service
initiatives at the global level, including Relationships, PEx,
commercial pipeline engagement, commercial L&D, awareness, and
other initiatives that emerge. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or
higher) in Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related analytical
field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus seven
(7) years of experience providing management and strategy
consulting services to clients in order to drive business
development, which must include at least two (2) years of
experience performing project management and senior stakeholder
engagement. Specific skills/other requirements Must also possess
the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable
to this section): (i) Performing hypothesis-driven analysis,
quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and storyboarding; (ii)
Setting overall team strategy and agenda execution for project
management; (iii) Executing change management in a global, complex,
matrix organization; (iv) Capturing, sharing, and executing best
practices for client engagement success in a management consulting
environment; (v) Coaching consulting teams to improve quality and
strength of client interaction skills based on successful examples
and available internal tools; and (vi) Setting learning objectives
and designing learning experiences to develop a teams commercial
and interaction skills. Telecommute benefit available. Position
reports to the Business Services Team headquarters in Atlanta,
Georgia. Applicants are permitted to work from a remote home office
anywhere in the continental U.S. and position requires periodic
travel (up to 20%) to Atlanta, Georgia. Multiple positions
available. Must have unrestricted authorization to work in U.S.
