Description:The CNC Machine Operator produces cabinet and custom parts using the CNC router, edge bander, molder, wide belt sander, dowel insertion machine, beam saw or other power equipment for projects. This position ensures complete customer satisfaction by completing quality products to meet customer requirements, including but not limited to, productivity, quality, cost and safety.Each employee will get a work order and job tasks to complete. Will be responsible for machining parts.

• Will be main operator for one primary machine or machines to run, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot.
• Completes projects in the time allotted with little direction or supervision.
• Operating a variety of millwork machinery
• Ensures that all pieces produced by assigned machine are of acceptable quality.
• Makes sound judgments and works with little supervision, competently handling any project assigned with minimal direction.
• Basic mathematics principles including: addition, subtraction, ability to read a tape measure, and calculate fractions
• Will work on a flat bed and operate machine for woodwork
• Comprehend, read, write and speak English; read shop drawings/work orders and architectural drawings
• Ability to multi-task, tolerate and manage changes in priorities and deadlinesSkills:Machine Operator, and CNC experience a plus Wood OR Millwork experience 1-3 yearsMachining Parts including metal stamping, forging, and press a plus but not required Additional Skills & Qualifications:Adhere to safety practices to ensure proper use of all tools and machineryAbility to stand, move with ease, and lift 45-50lbs, repeatedly for duration of shiftWork extended hours when workload/schedules requirePay - 16 - 20.hr Shifts - 1st shift for 3 weeks (Will move to a 2nd shift working 2 - 10pm with OT) After 4 moths move back to a first after peak season) About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
