Description:They will be working through multiple systems as they call, track the people they need to speak with and arrange payment schedules and follow-ups Types of Companies they will be calling: Construction Companies (Large/Small) or Businesses leasing trailers or School Systems or Municipals -Calling people, letting them know they have units on rent and outstanding invoices. -Can you make a payment?-How can you get back to current on invoices?-How can we get the invoice paid and what calendar? -They may spend 30 minutes just getting to the right person - many phone calls and transfers as they are getting directed to the Accounts Payable person that handles this account The ideal candidate will have:The ability to comprehend and operate multiple software system databases (we will train the right candidate).Be articulate in communicating with customers. Have the ability to present findings in a clear, concise and uncomplicated manner so that all in attendance can comprehend the material being presented. - You will be contacting nationally known companies, smaller companies, and some one-off businesses. With that said confidentiality is a must. No one day will be like the next, you may spend 30 minutes talking to one customer and 2 hours talking with another customer. Some of the customers may be rude, and with that you will need to have some tact in dealing with them.
