Service Representatie (PSR) is responsible for delivering and/or
retrieval of equipment and training patients on the use of durable
medical equipment in the home.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
patients on basic use of medical equipmentand other
equipment/services approved by state licensure
- Responds to
emergency delivery calls as needed during regular business hours
and on an on-call basis.
necessary paperwork including daily delivery logs, pick-up and
delivery forms and vehicle maintenance logs. Distributes
paperwork to appropriate personnel.
- May clean
and assist with the repair of equipment.
packs, delivers and picks up products, including basic medical
equipment and supplies.
- Loads and
unloads medical and infusion equipment ont delivery vehicle.Perform
routine vehicle maintenance including the checking of gasoline, oil
fluids, tire pressure and brakes. Report malfunctions to
other duties as required.
Minimum Required Qualifications (External):
Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is

Licenses, Registrations or Professional
- As this
role will require driving to visit patients, individuals are
required to possess a valid statee driver’s license and meet
job-related requirements to comply with

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Healthcare Aide (HHA),
Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Paramedic experience
