Hospice Nurse - RN (Registered Nurse) Inpatient Center will
provide nursing assessment, planning and care to maximize the
comfort and health of patients and families in accordance with the
interdisciplinary plan of care. The Hospice Nurse - RN Inpatient
Center will participate in the planning and coordination of care
with patients and family, as well as fostering communication
between families, patients, and their care teams. Seasons Hospice &
Palliative Care team members work and thrive in a true
multi-disciplinary environment while addressing the psychosocial,

Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgical or
patient population specific (i.e.: geriatrics, pediatric, etc.)
to serve on-call.
