Job Description:

The Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for driving growth by planning, building, and running inbound campaigns. This strategic role requires someone who can determine how to best reach, educate, nurture, and evangelize our target personas. This individual will own all aspects of demand generation marketing, working closely with sales, marketing, and product.

Depending on skillset, this role has a salary range of $75,000-$90,000. CINC Systems in headquartered in Duluth, GA. This position can be fully remote, hybrid, or in-person depending on the candidate's desires. Sometimes the department holds internal kickoff meetings, in which this person will be expected to attend in person (excluding extenuating circumstances).

What you'll do:

  • Design, plan and manage full funnel marketing campaigns for prospects based on their personas, persona behavior, and company campaign initiatives
  • Successfully scale an enterprise-level ABM strategy for high-value targets, working closely with sales to determine persona needs, regional trends and other ways to pursue target accounts
  • Execute and continuously improve upon paid media channels including SEO/SEM, social, and third-party campaigns
  • Develop and manage content calendar for prospects, working directly with content creators to build content inclusive of blog posts, case studies, webinars, podcasts, and more
  • Work with vendor partners on co-branded campaigns including email marketing, press releases, webinars, and more
  • Work with product and account success to develop and implement campaigns based on product and service upsells for new and existing clients
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and account success to effectively position CINC's demand generation campaigns with overall company goals and objectives
  • Report on campaign results with respects to MQL> SQL conversion, pipeline movement, and ROI


    • Must have experience with paid media including LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads
    • Must have experience with marketing automation platforms - Pardot is a plus
    • Must be able to work with content creators to develop stories that stick based on the brand's tone of voice and the buyer's persona and behavior
