Job DescriptionAndean Chevrolet is the oldest family owned Chevy dealer in Georgia. We are looking for a competitive, motivated, team driven Bilingual (English/Spanish) professional to join us in a full-time capacity to oversee our Internet Sales team. You will develop & improve our group's lead generation process, interaction with customers through digital platforms and shape how this team is received in our stores.

Candidates with direct experience in retail automotive Internet Sales or BDC call center management experience are ideal. Additionally, candidates that are currently a top-performing Sales Person or Sales Manager are encouraged to apply.

  • Create, maintain and measure the internet business development processes
  • Manage team of Internet Sales Managers & the lead generation process
  • Develop and maintain the new hire and interview processes for all Internet Sales positions
  • Oversee CRM usage & adoption by your team
  • Coach techniques for generating appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
  • Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection – be the product expert & sounding board
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internetREQUIREMENTS:
    • Previous dealership management experience is a huge plus
    • Experience working in BDC center or call center is a huge plus
    • Superior communication skills, both oral and written
    • Outstanding organizational skills
    • Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment; must thrive under pressure
