The right person for this role has an eye for image retouching and understands the components of visual arts, the elements of photography and lighting, and the importance of enhancing imagery across multiple marketing deliverables.What you'll do: -

• Support the photo studio and creative marketing team in delivering color-accurate, color consistent, retouched product and lifestyle imagery across Mohawk's family of brands -
• Digital image retouching with a focus on lighting and shadows, digital layering and masking, editing, color correction, and optimizing assets for marketing samples, creative campaigns and other advertising content
• Prepare, manage and format various final files for marketing use
  • Engage collaboratively with the team on creative initiatives for internal clients from conception through post-production
  • Ensure metadata requirements and editing standards are met on all image assets
  • Ensure product launch and digital deliverables produced meet our creative team's image and brand standards - -What you have:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - -
    • Minimum five years of experience as an image retoucher/compositor, image specialist or related position
    • Experience working in a photography studio environment
    • Superior knowledge of photographic techniques such as lighting and composition
      • Proficiency in Photoshop, Capture One, Lightroom, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat and other photography software, required; Adobe Premiere experience, a plus
      • CGI, 3D skills with visual effects, a plusWhat you're good at: -

          • Post-production editing with software expertise to digitally enhance images
          • Multi-tasking and handling multiple deadline pressures
          • Displaying high level of professionalism in conduct, attitude, and attire appropriate for the work area
          • Taking ownership of a project or task, while thinking outside of the box and creating solutions that drive results
