Bermex has immediate openings for motivated individuals to read utility meters in the Gwinnett County area. The job involves reading and recording utility meters on an established routes. You must be able to work unsupervised in an outside environment, which involves walking long distances in all weather conditions. This is a general labor position. Immediate need. Characteristics of Work: Requires extensive walking (10 to 12 miles per day) Environmental Conditions: The worker is subject to both inside and outside environmental conditions, rain, snow, extreme heat and/or cold, noise, darkness and poor lighting conditions. Examples of Required Activities: Climbing, balancing, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, hearing and repetitive motion. Must be in good physical condition and able to life 20 lbs. on a frequent basis. You must possess a valid driver's license that is clear of driving infractions. A background investigation and DOT drug testing will be conducted We offer: Full time work Monday through Friday. Starting salary $16.00 per hour. • Serve as a bridge between the medical community and the patient's community to provide needed resources at the end-of-life

• Provide counseling/ spiritual support to members of the Interdisciplinary Team as needed Performs duties and job responsibilities in a fashion which coincide with the service management philosophy of the organization
• Maintain a resource group of clergy in order support the spiritual care needs of patients and families
• Meet the needs of dying patients to have legal affairs and wishes including but not limited to assisting with access to patients, locating a notary
• Provide direct spiritual support to patients and families according to acceptance of spiritual counseling and in a manner consistent with beliefs and desires
• Serve as a resource, role model, advocate, mentor for both patients, families, persons in the community and staff
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings for the implementation and coordination of services to ensure appropriate treatment plans and continuity of care
• Cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for job
• Develop and participate in process improvement opportunities within the facility that will enhance the quality of the services
• Enhance the spiritual and emotional support provided to the patient and family
• Make referrals to other professionals in the substance abuse community or hospital as appropriate, to assist and advise religious and secular leaders in the pastoral and spiritual care
• Assisting with the monthly close, year end
• Oversee the coordination, data entry, and volunteer management for the bereavement program for families of Palliative Care patients, as are followed for 13 months
• Enhance understanding of the spiritual issues of patients and families
• Supervise the training and development of at least 3 accounting staff, including providing the staff with the necessary guidance and training to fulfill job responsibilities
• Play an active role in the interdisciplinary team by ensuring that all team members are informed of the spiritual concerns of the patient and family
• Respond to the existential needs arising from the impact of patient's illness, caregivers, and families
