engage customers on a daily basis regarding the vehicle selection
process, helping them to decide options and setting appointments.
You will follow up inquiries and serve as a customer care liaison,
and support both sales and service teams. Pay rate is $15/hour with
monthly performance bonuses (totaling an average of $20/hr).
Requirements:
Ability to pass a drug screen and background checkStrong
familiarity with Microsoft office suite productsFamiliarity with
the automotive market is a plusDMS and CRM experience is a plus
Analytical and processing skillsPreferable customer service
experienceStrong phone skills Self-motivated multitaskerTime
management and prioritization skills Data entry skills Regal Nissan
