Job Description Onin Staffing is looking for a Bilingual Staffing Recruiter to join our growing team in Duluth, GA!Duluth office hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.Prior recruiting experience is preferred. Pay is based on previous experience.Job duties will include but not be limited to:
--- Source candidates through multiple recruiting platforms
--- Screen applicants/candidates in
--- Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates
--- Perform background checks and drug screens
--- Maintain relationships with both internal staff and clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
