What You'll Do
The Strategic Account Support Specialist will coordinate and manage
all aspects pertaining to Doosan sales support for National, Key,
and Governmental customers with utmost vigor and urgency.
Contract Management and Quoting
This position interfaces and supports sales and operations with
responsibilities for supporting the lifecycle of contracts and
customer relationship. Work with National and Government Account
(NA/GA) team members to Administer contracts. This includes review
of contracts, deadlines, reporting procedures/documents.
Quoting. Includes quoting contract customers directly, assisting
dealership salesman, being able to listen to customer requirements
and make accurate recommendations of equipment solutions.
Support Government Sales Manager
Effectively work with other NA/GA team members and deliver world
class customer support. Front line support for government agencies
on the purchase of equipment, timelines, order status to delivery
of equipment. Attend targeted shows and events. Communicating with
the field sales staff and dealerships, contract start dates, end
dates, what equipment is eligible, and how to quote customers.
Participate in field schools, training dealerships on proper
quoting, ordering, delivering procedures. Maintaining internal
systems to keep current with state/federal/coop contracts. Managing
the flow of inbound orders, dealer transfers, and monitoring order
Ensure proper documentation is followed for PDI, ACR, DR's,
Warranty etc.as well as proper communication to dealers.
Monitor and qualify sales leads
Audit active accounts for accuracy and clean up as needed
Systems Admin to targeted accounts to ensure they have proper
access to systems.

What You Bring
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience: 4-6 years
Travel Standard: up to 10%
Ability to present to small and large groups.
Ability to lead & participate in projects.
Previous strategic account sales experience required.
B2B (Business to Business) sales experience required.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Product knowledge of Doosan and its competitors' a plus.
Military Experience a plus
Ability to operate machines proficiently would also be a
requirement for demonstrations.
Computer skills; Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com,
Intermediate/Advanced in Microsoft Excel
