And we will be 100% committed to helping you reach your full potential.Job Description -As the Administrative Coordinator, you will provide the -day-to-day administrative support for the Certifications team which includes coordinating the review of certification projects from beginning to end, ensuring inspections are completed, logged, and invoiced on time, and managing the availability of factory inspectors.This position pays $21.00 per hour.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Maintain accurate inspection tracking log
  • Effectively and accurately communicate with clients, affiliates, and the certification team
  • Assure that certification and inspection information is documented, including forms, procedures, process steps, etc
  • Be responsible for submittal of inspection staff time reporting, invoices, travel reimbursement, and inspection/audit documents and reports to meet client expectations within prescribed TAT
  • Assist in the development and implementation of guidelines, procedures, and system improvements for the Certification Department
  • Meet assigned key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by management
  • Maintain and build collaborative relationships with Affiliates, Sales, and Customer Service
  • Represent the Certification Department and its various programs at meetings as required
  • Demonstrate a spirit of teamwork, offering positive and constructive ideas, encouragement, and support to other members of the staff and team, while upholding the company's core values
  • Keep Certification Manager and others informed about project status and critical matters affecting the operation and well-being of the department and customer relationships
  • Assist staff in preparing projects for certification
  • Issue electronic and hard copy deliverables to internal and external clients
  • Checking and responding to certifications email
  • Assist in the training of new staff members
  • Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures
  • Performs other duties as assignedQualifications -Required
    • -High School diploma
    • -0-2 years of experience.
    • Language Skills: English - Intermediate level proficiency required.
    • Mathematical Skills: Basic level proficiency
    • Reasoning Skills/Abilities: Intermediate level
    • Computer Skills:
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - intermediate-level user proficiency required.
    • Awareness of one or more applicant tracking systems is preferred.
    • Experience with SharePoint preferred.
      • Well organized, efficient with proven follow-through skills
