Job Description:

Description: The *Parts Coordinator* primary focus is on providing exceptional support to customers. They are responsible for fulfillment, ordering, procurement and billing of Nixon Power Services' parts for service, sales and over the counter customers. Additionally they will receive ship and track inbound and outbound freight and product. Work with fellow team members to insure process and procedure is followed.
The position it based in one of the branches and reports to the Parts Manager and routinely interacts with employees of all levels, customers, vendors and Managers.
*Responsibilities: *

* Fulfillment

* Draw parts from inventory for use by the Service Department technicians
* Maintain parts inventory stock levels
* Identify, sort, locate and transfer parts for sales and service
* Cycle count inventory monthly
* Ordering
* Promptly process customer orders by phone or e-mail
* Track orders to avoid shipping delays to the customer
* Input customer data and vendor purchase orders with emphasis on inventory control
* Procurement
* Researching parts availability
* Identify vendors for purchase opportunities
* Provide purchase order or payment method for procurement
* Billing
* Manage customer billing and orders
* Ensure accurate pricing and invoicing
* Close batches to ensure proper billing
* Shipping and Receiving
* Loading and unloading trucks with forklift
* Stage products for shipping
* Verify inventory through cycle counts and monthly inventory
* Assist in housekeeping duties to maintain building standards
* This position will be cross-trained to perform all duties in the Parts Department.

Requirements: *Education and experience: *
High school diploma or GED certificate. Automotive or small engine background a plus.
*Skills and abilities: *

* Working knowledge of MS Office applications
* Team player
* Outstanding customer service abilities
* Strong interpersonal and sales skills
* Be self-motivated to meet deadlines and follow up with customers
* Multi-task and be highly organized

*Physical demands\*: *
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

* Use hands/fingers handle, or feel
* Reach with hands and arms
* Stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
* Lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. (and occasionally up to 50lbs.)
* Be exposed to moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions (extreme heat and cold)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
